For fresh flower orders, all sales are final and we do not allow cancellations or refunds for any reason. If you need to reschedule your order and we have not yet created your flowers, then we are happy to issue you store credit in the form of a gift card or can change your order date to a future date as our schedule allows.
The best part of our job is making people happy. If you are unhappy with your flowers, start by giving us a call or email within 24 hours of receiving your flowers and we will do our best to make it right. Please note, once flowers leave our shop or delivery vehicle, Fern Studio is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc.
