Can I request specific flowers in my order?
Each arrangement or bouquet is unique, hand-selected and designed by our experienced designers and will be arranged for a soft, garden-inspired feel. While we don’t guarantee what flower varieties will be featured in your custom arrangement, we do guarantee your arrangement will be full of seasonal, carefully curated blooms.
How do I make sure my flowers last as long as possible?
Your flowers will last longer if you follow these three easy steps:
- Add fresh water daily.
- Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Remove blooms as they wilt.
When can I pick up my flowers?
Orders must be placed a day in advance and can be picked up or delivered Tuesday - Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. *Thursdays until 6 p.m.
Where do I pick up my flowers?
The flower shop is located at 2855 Devine Street in Columbia. We're the painted brick building with black and white awnings nestled between the Devine Street Fire Station and Henry’s Bar and Grill.
Where should I park?
Parking is available in our lot, located directly in front of our building!
Can I change my scheduled pickup time?
We understand that plans change! If you’ve already placed your order and need to change your scheduled pickup time, no worries! Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject line: pickup time, to let us know your new preferred pickup time. For planning purposes, the earlier you can do this, the better to ensure your order is ready when you arrive.

What if I forget to pick up my order?
No refunds will be issued for no-show pickup orders. Be sure to mark your calendar!
Can I have my flowers delivered?
All orders of $50 or more are available for local delivery within 5 miles of our studio, 2855 Devine St. here in Columbia and is a flat rate of $15. Orders less than $50 can be picked up from our studio on Tuesday-Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
How far will Fern Studio deliver?
We deliver within 5 miles from our studio.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery is a flat $15 rate for addresses within 5 miles of the studio.
I live outside of your delivery area but I’m interested in local delivery.
Though we cannot guarantee delivery outside of our specified delivery area, we are open to delivering in certain locations if we receive enough interest! Live in Blythewood, Lexington, or somewhere similar? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject line: interested in delivery, and we’ll be happy to let you know if we expand delivery to your area.
Can I have my items delivered to two different addresses?
Orders of $50 or more are limited to one delivery address per order. If you’d like your items delivered to two different locations, you’ll need to place separate orders.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered Tuesday-Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. You may choose your delivery date when completing your purchase. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time window, please leave a note if there is anything we should know.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times but will do our best to accommodate special requests! If you need to request a specific delivery time, be sure to include it in the special request section when completing the ordering process. Please note that all deliveries will be made between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on your selected delivery date.
Can I include a customized message with my flower delivery?
Yes – in fact we highly encourage it! We’ll hand write your message and include it in a sealed envelope with your delivery! Be sure to include your message when completing the ordering process.
What if the delivery is unsuccessful?
If we run into a snag when delivering your order, we’ll give you a call to work out next steps! Our mission is to get your flowers to their final destination as seamlessly as possible.
What if I need to cancel my order?
All order cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued by within the same business week of the cancellation but could take several business days for processing. Have a cancellation or refund question? Email us at email@example.com with the subject line: order cancellation and we’ll be happy to assist.
Order cancellations within 48 hours of fulfillment will not receive a refund.
